Welcome to Bayview Colony Club, Inc. We are a small community of 56 homes along the eastern shore of Manhasset Bay.
We have a number of shared facilities that include a clay tennis court, the play field, basketball court, pool and pool house, parking lot, and waterfront facility including the dock and rights to a spot in our mooring field in Manhasset Bay just offshore of Bayview Colony.
Bayview Colony was developed by Carl G. Fisher when he purchased the land in 1924 to create a retreat away from the city for himself and his friends.
Bayview Colony is governed by its volunteer Board of Directors who establish guidelines for use of its facilities by its members in good standing.
